  • Service Credit: If you are unable to use the purchased service, the value of the purchase can be applied toward a different service of equal or greater value within one year of the original purchase date.
  • Usage Window: Services must be scheduled and used within one year from the date of purchase.

Products Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Used, opened, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.
